Teenager riding unlicensed car dies after collision with truck

    Son La - Police are investigating a traffic accident on National Highway 279D through Muong La district that left a teenager dead.

    On November 16, Muong La District Police said the accident occurred at 2:39 p.m. on November 15 at Km79 National Highway 279D, in Ta Bu commune.

    At this time, the motorbike without license plate was driven by Lo Van T (born in 2009) from Son La city to Muong La district; on the motorbike was Ca Van T (born in 2008, both living in Hong Hin village, Muong Chum commune, Muong La district).

    When arriving at the above location, the motorbike driven by T collided with car 26C-122.xx driven by Quang Van Quy (born in 1986, residing in Chien village, Chieng San commune, Muong La district) moving in the opposite direction.

    As a result, Lo Van T died. The preliminary cause determined that T was driving a motorbike and fell to the left side of the road, leading to a traffic accident.
