The project uses capital from the central budget to support the implementation of the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas, combined with the budget of Thuan Chau District.

Investor (People's Committee of Thuan Chau District) is responsible for organizing the selection of contractors in accordance with the Bidding Law, ensuring publicity, transparency and efficiency.
