On the evening of September 1, authorities of Bao Loc City (Lam Dong) continued to clarify the cause of the serious accident that just occurred in the area.
Initial information, the serious traffic accident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. on September 1 on Phan Dinh Phung Street, through Ward 2 (Bao Loc City).
According to some witnesses, at the above time, a car (7-seat type) with license plate number: 51F - 758.41 driven by Mai Xuan Vinh (40 years old, residing in Ward 2, Bao Loc City) was traveling on Phan Dinh Phung Street in the direction from the center of Bao Loc City to Loc Chau Commune.
When reaching the section passing through Residential Group 22 (Ward 2, Bao Loc City), the car collided with a motorbike with license plate number: 49H1 - 180.25 (driver unknown), traveling on Phan Dinh Phung Street in the opposite direction to the center of Bao Loc City.
At the scene, debris from motorbikes and cars were scattered everywhere. The motorbike was deformed and burned, leaving only a crumpled metal frame. The front of the car was almost completely deformed and many airbags inside were deployed.
As a result, the traffic accident left two people on the motorbike dead on the spot. Currently, the identities of the victims have not been determined.
After the accident, Bao Loc City authorities were present to regulate traffic; at the same time, they protected and examined the scene to serve the investigation and clarify the cause of the accident.
It is known that immediately after the accident, Mr. Mai Xuan Vinh - the driver of the car - went to Bao Loc City Police to present himself.
