The Management Board of the Construction Investment Project of Hanoi Civil Works has just sent a document to the People's Committee of Ngoc Khanh Ward (Ba Dinh District) on coordinating the notice of the plan to handle greenery within the scope of site clearance for the construction project of Ring Road 1, Hoang Cau - Elephant section.
Accordingly, the Management Board of the Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Project will apply for a license to cut down, move trees and organize the implementation of the expected implementation from April to the end of August 2025.
The City Civil Construction Investment Project Management Board also offers a plan to tighten, move, take care and recover and liquidate wood. In particular, for shade trees, green trees are 74 trees of urban plants and other types of plants, such as: Bang Ta, Da Lan, De, Sanh, Si, Star fruit, Nacu, Sung.
The number of these trees is fixed and taken care of in land box No. 9 of Vinh Ngoc intersection, Dong Anh district for 12 months before handing over to the City People's Committee for management.
The number of tight green trees consists of 24 trees, which are not in the list of urban trees and urban trees that are curved, worms, aging and dead.
For the recovery of timber and firewood from the lower trees, the Project Management Board gathered and preserved at the contractor's warehouse and organized the liquidation of timber and firewood to pay money into the state budget according to the current regulations and guidance of the Department of Finance.
