The festival is organized in coordination between Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and related units, to honor the more than 100-year development history of golf in Vietnam, thereby contributing to stimulating the development of Vietnam tourism in general and Khanh Hoa tourism in particular.
The festival will take place from November 27 to 29, 2024, in Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province, with the participation of hundreds of golfers from all over the country and unique and vibrant activities, bringing excitement to golfers as well as golf fans.
Regarding the tournament structure, the festival will have the Vietnam Golf Festival Championship with the participation of 280 golfers, divided into 3 male groups, 3 female groups, competing in 2 days to calculate ranking points. The organizing committee also established the Kids Golf Talent Tournament, with the participation of 80 athletes aged U13, U15, U18 (male group) and U11, U13, U18 (female group).
Along with the competition, the organizers also held a seminar on “Sustainable Development of Vietnam Golf Industry”; an exhibition on “Vietnam Golf Road”, where domestic and foreign tourists can look back at the picture of Vietnam golf over the past hundred years. In addition, the festival also has many activities for visitors to experience golf, music concerts, gala honors, etc.
The Vietnam Golf Festival - Nha Trang 2024 wishes to contribute to preserving and promoting the historical, cultural, economic and social values of golf in the golf community in particular and in the development and integration process of the whole country in general; making golf more popular and closer to Vietnamese people in the period of strong integration...
The Organizing Committee also announced that Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 runner-up Hoang Nhung will be the Ambassador of the Vietnam Golf Festival - Nha Trang 2024.
