On May 27, the Vietnam Golf Association - VGA and the coaching staff of the Vietnam Golf Team announced the official list of 18 golfers representing the host team competing in the tournament.
This year, we selected golfers according to the U13, U16, U19 men's and women's groups. VGA assesses that the golfers participating are good professionals and are expected to achieve high results in the tournament.
Among these, Le Chuc An is one of the golfers of interest to fans. The No. 1 female golfer of Vietnam was awarded a spot to participate in the U19 women's team. Along with Chuc An, the Vietnam U19 women's team has Nguyen Vu Hoang Anh and Than Bao Nghi. Meanwhile, the U19 men's team will have golfers Nguyen Quoc Bao Huy, Pham The Nam, Tran The Bao.
VGA also gave opportunities to young golfers in the U13 men's team including Pham Minh Hai, Le Nhat Binh, Luu Minh Duc; U13 women's team is Doan Dan Thanh, Nguyen Khanh Linh, Bui To Uyen; U16 men's team is Nguyen Bao Phat, Nguyen Trong Hoang, Nguyen Van Hoa; U16 women's team is Nguyen Viet Gia Han, Nguyen Bao Chau, Nguyen Phuong Duong Anh.
The tournament will take place from June 2nd to June 5th at Long Bien golf course (Hanoi). The organizers said that with the Team Match Play format with the Ryder Cup spirit, the Viet-Sing Junior Cup 2026 tournament promises many exciting matches.
Golfers will compete in events including 6 Four-ball matches, 6 Foursomes matches and 12 Singles Matches. There will be a total of 24 matches, and the first team to reach the 12.5 point mark will win the overall victory.
In case the 2 teams draw after all matches, each team will send 1 golfer to participate in the play-off to compete for the overall winning result.
