This is the first congress after the process of arranging and streamlining the organizational apparatus and innovating the leadership methods of the Party organization in the Vietnam Fatherland Front system, socio-political organizations and mass organizations at all levels.
The Agency's Party Committee currently has 13 subordinate Party cells with 196 Party members. In recent times, the Party Committee has promoted its political core role, comprehensively leading all aspects of political and professional work and building a clean and strong Party organization, agency and mass organization.
With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Party Committee focuses on effectively leading the implementation of resolutions, conclusions and instructions of the Central and Provincial Party Committees. Administrative reform associated with digital transformation is focused on, with many models and initiatives implemented such as the mini app "Nghe An Digital Front", the "digital education movement", the "Digital bridge between the Party - State - People" campaign.
Party building work has received regular attention, from grasping the ideology, improving the quality of Party cell activities, to educating political, ethical, and lifestyle for Party members; promptly preventing signs of degradation, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; maintaining internal solidarity. The improvement of organization, staff arrangement and improvement of fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members have been carried out seriously and effectively.
The Congress has set out the direction for the 2025 - 2030 term with the goal of comprehensively innovating leadership, direction and management through digital transformation; building a clean and strong Party Committee; enhancing political will, intelligence, and the spirit of daring to think and daring to do, contributing to making Nghe An a fairly good province, a growth zone of the whole country.
The Congress agreed on 6 key tasks and 3 key breakthroughs. Many presentations at the Congress focused on practical contents such as: solutions to improve the effectiveness of emulation movements, the role of young party members in digital transformation, propaganda work, social work in the two-level administrative unit model.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Pham Trong Hoang - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee - requested the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province to continue to focus on political and ideological education; promote the core role of leadership; do a good job of organizing cadres, inspecting and supervising; innovate the content and methods of operation of the Party Committee.
At the Congress, the Organizing Committee announced the Decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 14 comrades; announced the Decision to appoint the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress also announced the Decision to appoint the Party Committee Inspection Committee consisting of 5 comrades and a delegation to attend the 1st Congress of the Party Congress of Nghe An Provincial Party Agencies for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 21 delegates.
