The conference directly discussed and proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles for a series of projects in the province.
Accordingly, during the implementation process, the projects are still facing difficulties in compensation and site clearance; land allocation and land valuation of BT projects; investment policy approval... Some projects are still facing difficulties in implementing inspection conclusions.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan suggested that departments, branches and localities continue to focus, review and research to quickly resolve the problems of each project.
In particular, with the investment project to build a housing area in Tan Hong Ward, Tu Son City, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to assume the prime responsibility for coordinating with relevant departments and agencies to study and determine the area and boundary of the reciprocal land area, thereby proposing to assign a part of land to investors.
For the remaining area, it is recommended that Tu Son city study and adjust the investment policy, determine the official price to review, evaluate the conditions and complete the work to conduct the auction before August 30.
For projects of Dabaco Group Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Bac Ninh City to complete the two resettlement projects to ensure the conditions for land allocation to people. At the same time, working with the Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment to close the plan to determine how and methods of calculating reciprocal area.
Regarding the investment project to build Que Vo 3 Industrial Park, phase 1, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested Que Vo town to urgently and actively work with the investor and related units; strengthen propaganda and mobilization to create consensus among the people, trust and support the province's policies on developing industrial parks to promote local economic development.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the project investor to pay attention and compensate the people for site clearance as appropriately as possible.
For the Urban and Service Project in the West of Town, Yen Phong District, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to coordinate with the Department of Justice to work with the authorities to review the procedures, on May 15, in writing to report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan also directed the removal of obstacles for a series of other projects such as: Project to complete the construction of the National Highway 1 and National Highway 38 intersections, investment project to build a residential area on Ngoc Han Cong Tu Street, project to build traffic works, education and training, culture and sports in the area of Tam Son and Huong Mac wards, Tu Son city.
