The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province has assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to support and create conditions for businesses and business establishments in the mainland to expand their networks and distribution channels in order to prepare essential consumer goods to serve Phu Quy district, ensuring reasonable prices, quality, and food safety and hygiene.
The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province also assigned the State Bank - Binh Thuan Branch to direct commercial banks to balance credit sources, creating conditions to help businesses trading in essential goods access loans under the support package for small and medium enterprises quickly and conveniently to supply goods to the Phu Quy district market.
The Department of Industry and Trade also said that based on people's consumption needs and the actual scale of stores and agents selling essential goods on the island district, the amount of goods in reserve accounts for about 60% - 70% of market demand.
In addition to the above reserve level, the People's Committee of Phu Quy district proactively encourages and mobilizes people to reserve to ensure 30 - 40% of essential goods according to local needs.
