Leaders of Bao Loc City People's Committee assigned relevant units and People's Committees of communes to proactively and coordinate in inspecting and supervising the above 4 enterprises in complying with the suspension of mineral exploitation activities according to mining licenses. minerals are granted.

According to research, the suspended businesses all have licenses to exploit construction stone. Of which, the exploitation area of Tan Viet Joint Stock Company is 7 hectares in Dam B'ri commune for a period of 29 years (2007 - 2036).
The exploitation area of Tan Anh Tu Joint Stock Company is 4.7 hectares in Dai Lao commune for 29 years (2010 - 2039). The exploitation area of Ngoc Lam Joint Stock Company is 10 hectares in Dai Lao commune for 25 years (2013 - 2038). The exploitation area of BPH Joint Stock Company is 6.3 hectares in Dam B'ri commune for 23.5 years (2019 - 2043).
Previously, in June 2024, all four businesses were sanctioned for administrative violations. Of which, Tan Viet Joint Stock Company was administratively fined nearly 143 million VND; BPH Joint Stock Company was fined nearly 142 million VND; Tan Anh Tu Joint Stock Company was fined more than 90 million VND and Ngoc Lam Joint Stock Company was fined more than 140 million VND.
In addition to fines, all four businesses were suspended from mineral exploitation activities (construction stone) for a period of 5 months because of many violations in the field of minerals and environmental protection.
