Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Thai Thuy commune) is standing out as a bright spot in the development of a model industrial - urban area of Hung Yen province. At a recent meeting with provincial leaders, representatives of Green i-Park Joint Stock Company - the investor of industrial park infrastructure introduced an overview of the investment process, development orientation, modern management model as well as investment attraction results in recent times.
Accordingly, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park is currently experiencing an occupancy rate of 51%, attracting more than 50 investors with a total registered capital of over 1.6 billion USD, focusing on key sectors such as electricity - electronics, high technology, automotive technology, supporting industries and automation. The activities of the industrial park have created jobs for nearly 7,000 workers, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the region.
In addition to infrastructure investment and secondary projects, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park focuses on building a centralized wastewater treatment system that meets standards, operates with advanced technology, ensures environmental criteria and moves towards a modern, green, and sustainable industrial park model.
Experts' housing areas, social housing and dormitories are also being implemented to meet the needs of safe and convenient accommodation for workers and stabilize long-term human resources for businesses.
The provincial leaders highly appreciated the pioneering efforts of investors, acknowledged the efforts of local Party committees and authorities and affirmed that this is an important driving force to promote the development of the Free Economic Zone that the province is aiming for. At the same time, the province has identified coastal areas as a new growth point, a breakthrough in the coming time, focusing on developing existing industrial parks, considering this a core to shape the Free Economic Zone.
Local departments and branches are also coordinating to support investors, promote documents and procedures for social housing projects, adjust industrial land use indicators according to regulations, and at the same time remove difficulties and obstacles in land mechanisms and policies and site clearance.
