World oil price today
World oil prices are on a deep decline. At the end of yesterday's trading session (October 9), WTI and Brent oil prices decreased by 1.7% and 1.6%, respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil products continued to trade at low levels. At 10:33, WTI crude oil price was at 61.49 USD/barrel, down 0.02 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.03%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 61.51 USD/barrel and opened at the same price.
Brent oil was at 65.14 USD/barrel, down 0.08 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.12%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 75.22 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 65.22 USD/barrel.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On October 10, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on October 9.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have decreased simultaneously. E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 486 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 480 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 434 VND/liter, kerosene decreased by 571 VND/liter and mazut decreased by 562 VND/kg.
This management period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance did not set aside or use the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for E5RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and fuel oil.

Hoang Trong General Trading Company Limited: Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,200 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,000 VND/liter; Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,050 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 850 VND/liter; Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,250 VND/liter, RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,050 VND/liter.
Tu Luc Petroleum: Diesel discount 0.05S-II: 1,250 VND/liter; Diesel 0.001S-V: 1,050 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,100 VND/liter; E5 gasoline: 1,100 VND/liter.
MIPEC Petroleum: RON 95 - III Petroleum Discount: VND 1,000/liter; Diesel 0.05S-II: VND 900/liter; Diesel 0.05S: VND 1,300/liter. Applicable to the Northern region.

According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may increase.
