World gasoline prices today
World gasoline and oil prices are on a strong upward trend. At the end of yesterday's trading session (January 21), WTI and Brent oil prices increased by 0.43% and 0.69% respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil items continued to increase. At 11:08 AM, WTI crude oil was at 60.79 USD/barrel, up 0.17 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.28%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at a price of 60.62 USD/barrel; and opened today's session at a price of 60.62 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 65.36 USD/barrel, up 0.12 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.18%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at a price of 65.24 USD/barrel; and opened today's session at a price of 65.28 USD/barrel.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On January 22, retail gasoline and oil prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in region 1 and region 2 are as follows:
The above-mentioned domestic retail gasoline and oil prices are adjusted by the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance from 3 pm on January 15, 2025.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline increased by 143 VND/liter; RON95 gasoline increased by 152 VND/liter; diesel oil increased by 226 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 138 VND/liter; mazut oil decreased by 2 VND/kg.

+ Nghi Son Refinery: Diesel oil 0.05S - II: 100 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 700 VND/liter.

+ Diesel 0.05S - II: 0 VND/liter;
+ Diesel 0.001S-V: Out of stock;
+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 700 VND/liter;
+ E5 gasoline: 700 VND/liter.
- MIPEC - MIPEC Petro Trading and Trading Co., Ltd. (applied to the Northern region):
+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 600 VND/liter.
+ Diesel 0.05S-II: 400 VND/liter.

Forecast of domestic gasoline and oil prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a gasoline and oil business, domestic gasoline and oil prices will fluctuate according to the world gasoline and oil situation. According to current market developments, it is predicted that in the next price adjustment period, retail gasoline and oil prices may have opposite adjustments in the direction of gasoline prices slightly decreasing and oil prices increasing.
In which, the forecast price of RON 95 - III gasoline decreased by 80 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline decreased by 90 VND/liter; Diesel oil increased by 420 VND/liter.
