World oil prices today decreased simultaneously. At 10:36, WTI crude oil was at 68.00 USD/barrel, down 0.28 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.41%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at 68.28 USD/barrel, opening today's session at 68.36 USD/barrel.

World oil prices fell across the board in the first trading session of the week. According to analysts, the focus of the market this week will be the core US personal spending index - the US Federal Reserve's preferred inflation measure - excluding energy and food prices. At the same time, investors are also closely monitoring the spending ability of US consumers in the context of increasing economic instability.
In addition, tariffs are still a factor of interest as the US presidential administration of Donald Trump plans to apply counterpart tariffs on February 2 to rebalance the global trade system.
Tensions in the Middle East are also a factor that could impact oil prices this week. On March 23, Israel continued airstrikes in Gaza. After two relatively quiet months, Gazans have had to evacuate again to save their lives as Israel officially abandoned the ceasefire, launched a large-scale airstrike and attack campaign against Hamas.
