On December 3, 2025, within the framework of the 2025 Annual DNNY Conference organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE), VietinBank was awarded the "Top 10 Best Annual Reports - Financial Industry Group" award for the fifth time. VietinBank's 2024 annual report with the theme "Digital transformation - Green transformation" shows 2 of VietinBank's 4 main development pillars. Along with the strong digital transformation journey, VietinBank has been associated with sustainable development factors related to the environment, governance and society. In addition, on December 5, 2025, VietinBank will continue to be honored to be named in the list of 50 pioneering listed enterprises (PYs) and committed to enhancing corporate governance of Vietnam - VNCG50 at the Company Governance Annual Forum (AF8) organized by the Vietnam Institute of Board Members (VIOD), with the support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Swiss Federal Reserve (SECO) and the State Securities Commission (SBVNN).

In its journey of sustainable development, VietinBank has been, is and continues to build a corporate governance system (QTCT) according to international standards and practices.
