The program was implemented by HDBank right after the orientation from the Government Standing Committee Conference with commercial banks on February 11, to contribute to promoting the development of the real estate market and creating more favorable conditions for people to access housing finance.
Accordingly, participating customers can borrow for a term of up to 50 years, a maximum principal grace period of 5 years, a loan limit of up to 50 billion VND, and an interest rate of only 4.5%/year. With a capital of up to VND 30,000 billion, the program helps borrowers, especially young customers, relieve financial pressure, proactively balance their income and have more resources for other essential needs.
Loan conditions are also very flexible: have collateral such as real estate or apartments in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and 22 type 1 urban areas across the country. Customers can use loans to buy houses across the country. In particular, the loan can disburse up to 90% of the value of the collateral, helping customers quickly own a home without many financial barriers.
With a balance of capital sources and positive credit growth prospects, HDBank will implement this program throughout 2025, promptly meeting customers' loan needs effectively and sustainably.

In addition to providing long-term financial solutions, HDBank also supports customers in legal procedures and financial plan consulting, ensuring the loan process goes smoothly.
Sharing about this program, Mr. Pham Quoc Thanh - General Director of HDBank emphasized: HDBank hopes to create the best conditions for many customers, especially young people, to own their first home, settle down, and stabilize their lives. This is not only a loan package, but also a commitment of HDBank to providing long-term financial solutions, contributing to the development of the community and the economy.
On the journey to accompany people to realize their dream of settling down, in recent years HDBank has supported tens of thousands of households to own shelters and donated many charity houses across the country, contributing to spreading human values and improving the quality of life for the community. HDBank is also a bank that actively accompanies the Government in implementing the social housing lending program according to Resolution 33/NQ-CP, bringing social security policies closer to the people. In 2024, HDBank and its member units have actively contributed to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide launched by the Prime Minister.
With this long-term home loan program, HDBank continues to affirm its pioneering role in providing flexible financial solutions, accompanying customers on the journey to build a sustainable home.
