On December 10, 2024, Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex, code: PLX) held a drawing ceremony to find lucky customers who won prizes in the program "Invoice in hand - Unexpected luck".
The lucky draw ceremony was held publicly with the participation and witness of Mr. Luu Ngoc Tho - Head of Tax Management Department No. 01, Large Enterprise Tax Department; Mr. Bui Thanh Thuy - representative of Vietnam Consumer Protection Association; Ms. Duong Thi My Hoa - representative of Trade Promotion Agency - Ministry of Industry and Trade and representatives of some customers of Petrolimex.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Luu Van Tuyen - Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy General Director of Petrolimex - shared: "Petrolimex is proud to be the pioneer in successfully implementing the solution of issuing electronic invoices after each sale according to Decree 123/2020/ND-CP and Circular 78/2021/TT-BTC dated September 17, 2021 of the Ministry of Finance on the entire system from July 1, 2023. The solution has been highly appreciated by State authorities, ensuring transparency, accuracy and compliance with regulations".
Petrolimex's implementation of the promotion program "Invoice in hand, Unexpected luck" is to show gratitude to customers, encourage and create a habit for customers who are individuals who do not do business to get invoices after purchasing goods at Petrolimex, and to promote to customers the benefits of getting invoices such as ensuring customer rights when problems arise in commercial transactions.
This activity also aims to respond to the policy of state agencies in propagating so that people can proactively get invoices when purchasing goods. Thereby, individuals and consumers understand and accompany tax authorities in monitoring business activities of enterprises, contributing to creating a transparent business environment.
The drawing to find the winners from the Encouragement Prize to the First Prize is done on computer software according to the random principle by the customer selecting the number.
As a result, the program found the owners of more than 3,500 valuable prizes including: 62 First prizes, each prize is a Honda SH 125i motorbike; 186 Second prizes, each prize is a Yamaha Latte motorbike; 310 Third prizes, each prize is a GIANT Escape bicycle and 3,100 Consolation prizes, each prize is a gasoline voucher worth 1,000,000 VND.
The promotion program is organized by Petrolimex from September 22 to November 30, 2024 nationwide, applicable to individual customers who do not do business, use road vehicles with license plates, buy gasoline with a value of VND 500,000 or more and have a value-added invoice at gasoline stores under 51 member gasoline companies of Petrolimex.
