Make a fortune with year-end cleaning services to welcome Tet

Hanoi - With nearly a month left until Lunar New Year, the demand for house cleaning services has increased. Therefore, this service has become "in high demand".

''Worry-free Tet'' with house cleaning service

With less than a month left until Lunar New Year 2025, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Anh (Cau Giay, Hanoi) has started searching for and choosing a house cleaning service.

Ms. Phuong Anh said that the end of the year is the busiest time, every year, she cannot balance between work and preparing the house for Tet. Therefore, this year, she tried to find a house cleaning service through information pages and social networks.

''According to my survey, the price for hiring a house cleaner in Hanoi ranges from 80,000 - 100,000 VND/hour. Experienced people are connected by many people with higher rental prices, from 100,000 - 150,000 VND/hour. This price is quite suitable for my budget and wishes,' Ms. Phuong Anh shared.

With the same mentality, Mr. Minh Hoa (Hoang Mai, Hanoi) on the occasion of the year-end general cleaning also wanted to deep clean his house. Mr. Hoa quickly went online to order additional services such as cleaning mattresses, carpets, air conditioners, electrical appliances, etc.

''Cleaning and deep cleaning of home appliances helps remove dirt, bacteria, and mold, especially at a time when Hanoi is seriously polluted. When the house is clean, it helps me and my children avoid many respiratory diseases,'' Mr. Hoa excitedly shared.

Year-end cleaning service is "in high demand"

Currently, the demand for home renovation to welcome Lunar New Year 2025 is increasing, so cleaning services in Hanoi have become "in high demand".

As a professionally trained cleaner, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (40 years old) shared that during this Tet holiday, she works about 3 shifts a day, each shift lasting from 2 to 3 hours.

On weekdays, a 2-hour shift costs more than VND200,000, and a 3.5-hour shift costs more than VND300,000. Accordingly, after deducting expenses paid to the company, Ms. Huong earns about VND600,000 - 700,000/day on weekdays, and around the time of Lunar New Year, she will have a higher income.

"Doing this job, I just hope to have good health to work overtime because the more I work, the more my income increases, especially 10 days before and after Tet. At that time, the price paid can double or even triple the normal price," Ms. Huong confided.

Ms. Pham Thi Phuong - an employee of a cleaning company in Hanoi - said that the hiring of cleaners at the end of the year increases due to the higher demand from people than before and the scarcity of human resources.

''Currently, the price for this service has increased quite a bit. However, renters are still willing to pay because of its convenience and time-saving, especially when they are busy preparing for other tasks during Tet,'' Ms. Phuong said.

According to Ms. Phuong, to avoid unexpected risks when hiring cleaners during Tet, people should look for reputable companies, careful people, and trustworthy people.
