'Ghost' project disrupts the 2019 real estate market
Last year, the Southern real estate market witnessed a series of "ghost" project scams that trapped thousands of people.
Ho Chi Minh City Police continuously arrested leaders of real estate companies to set up ghost projects to defraud people, appropriating hundreds of billions of VND such as Alibaba Real Estate, Angel Lina, Hoang Kim Land.
"October Spring" Alibaba was cut short in the context of ghost projects appearing everywhere. As soon as the Alibaba real estate system collapsed, the liquidity of land in the suburbs of Saigon immediately plummeted.
After Alibaba, a series of real estate companies with other scams continued to be exposed such as Angel Lina Consulting and Investment Joint Stock Company, directed by Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Nhung, 38 years old.
Just a few weeks later, at the end of November 2019, another ghost project sale scam was exposed by the investigation agency of Hoang Kim Land Real Estate Investment Consulting Company Limited.
Billionaire establishes airline due to flight cancellation
Billionaire Richard Branson (UK) had an important flight canceled in the early 80s and this helped him come up with a new business idea.
That day, he planned to fly to the British Virgin Islands to meet "a cute lady". However, his flight with American Airlines was suddenly canceled.
"I was extremely angry, because I haven't seen her for 3 weeks," Branson recalled in an interview with CNBC.

Gold price approaches 43 million, investors make a profit of 1 million/tael in just 1 week
