Thaibev of Thai billionaire Denied information about wanting to sell Sabeco
ThaiBev recently denied the information that it wanted to sell Sabeco of Vietnam.
ThaiBev believes that the information recently reported by international and Vietnamese media about ThaiBev's desire to sell Sabeco is "false and unreliable".
Previously, the Financial Times published information that ThaiBev is ambitious to separate the beer segment to offer shares to the public for the first time (IPO) in Singapore in 2020 with the goal of raising 2.5 billion USD.However, analysts believe that this move is essentially a search for buyers of high-value Sabeco Vietnam.

ACV pays dividends, State shareholders receive nearly VND1,900 billion in cash
Vietnam Airports Corporation (code UPCoM ACV) paid dividends to shareholders with a total amount of VND 1,959 billion (9% charter capital).
Currently, the State holds 95.4% of the capital, equivalent to VND 1,869 billion.
Accumulated for the first 9 months, ACV recorded pre-tax profit of VND 7,298 billion, up 19% and completed 89% of the annual target.
Vingroup withdraws from retail, Adayroi merges VinID, dissolves VinPro
Vingroup Corporation officially announced its withdrawal from direct retail to focus resources on Industry - Technology. Adayroi e-commerce site will merge into VinID; the entire VinPro electronics supermarket system will be dissolved. The completion date is the end of December 2019.
