Backlog of goods for more than 90 days, Noi Bai Customs must find the owner

According to Noi Bai International Airport Border Gate Customs (Noi Bai Customs), there are currently many backlogs of goods over 90 days but no one has come to receive the goods.

On the Public Asset Information Page, Noi Bai Customs has posted a notice to find owners for backlog shipments overdue for 90 days.

According to the notice, Noi Bai Customs requests organizations and individuals related to backlog shipments that have exceeded the 90-day deadline but have not yet come to carry out customs procedures.

Currently, the shipment is being stored at Noi Bai International Airport, including NCTS, ALSC and ACSV warehouses, contact to carry out procedures according to regulations.

Details include 33 backlog shipments publicly disclosed by customs authorities in the list attached to the notice as follows:

Noi Bai International Airport Customs said that the deadline for receiving goods is 60 days from the date of notification (June 3).

For easily damaged goods, frozen goods, goods that are dangerous substances, toxic substances or goods with a shelf life of less than 60 days, the deadline for receiving goods is 15 days from the date of notification.

After the above deadline, the customs authority will handle the backlog of goods according to the provisions of current law.
