On September 9, Quang Tri Provincial Tax Department confirmed and issued a decision on tax enforcement against 3 enterprises due to overdue tax debts of more than 90 days.
Accordingly, the Cosevco 11 Cement Factory Branch (Dong Phuc Village, Tan Gianh Commune, Quang Tri) was forced to pay more than 2.6 billion VND. Branch of Cosevco1 Materials and Construction Production Joint Stock Company - Fibrocement Cosevco Roofing Factory (zone 4, Ba Don Ward, Quang Tri) was forced to pay more than 10.5 billion VND. Linh Vietnam Investment Company Limited (Nhan Quang village, Nam Trach commune, Quang Tri) was also forced to pay taxes of more than 10.5 billion VND.
The enforcement measure is to stop using invoices for 1 year, from September 9, 2025 to September 8, 2026.
Quang Tri Provincial Tax Department requires the above enterprises to strictly comply with the enforcement decision and at the same time fully fulfill their tax payment obligations according to regulations.
