The sharp increase in the number of visitors bringing in revenue from tourism activities also increased, estimated at VND15,030 billion, up 25% over the same period last year.
Thanks to Binh Thuan tourism entering the peak of summer tourism and businesses launching many incentive products to stimulate tourism, Binh Thuan tourism industry expects positive signals through the first half of the year to create a boost to boost growth in both the number of visitors and tourism revenue in the remaining half year.
The 2025 tourism development stimulus plan with the theme "Binh Thuan - Endless Experience" has the content of striving to welcome more than 11 million visitors to Binh Thuan in 2025 and achieve a total revenue of VND 28,200 billion. This target is higher than the target set at the beginning of the year, which was to welcome 10.6 million visitors, while Resolution 06 of the Provincial Party Committee on tourism development sets a target of welcoming 8.9 million visitors in 2025.
The goal of constantly increasing over time shows that the potential and strengths of Binh Thuan tourism are being effectively exploited.
Currently, Binh Thuan province has more than 670 accommodation facilities with nearly 21,000 rooms, of which 67 facilities have achieved 3 to 5 stars. Many new tourism products have also been formed and met diverse entertainment and resort needs. Tourists coming to Binh Thuan will also extend their stay and increase spending.
