In particular, direct consideration of debt extension and adjustment of debt terms for affected loans, arising debts due from September 2024. Do not collect loan interest for customers affected by storm No. 3 and post-storm floods until the end of December 2024 and assess the level of damage to each customer's loan to apply appropriate risk handling measures.

In addition, the provincial People's Credit Fund also requires socio-political organizations to promptly grasp the losses of borrowers in order to propose handling measures such as exempting or reducing interest, and handling risky debts according to regulations.

Complete the dossier for handling risky debts for customers who borrowed capital due to storm No. 3, direct the affiliated savings and loan groups to consider loans to ensure transparency, democracy, and the right subjects, focus on propaganda, and synthesize the needs for loan implementation in areas affected by storms and floods.
