Accordingly, the Provincial Inspectorate recommended that the Provincial People's Committee direct the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to inspect and review for handling.
At the same time, coordinate with competent authorities to prepare procedures for handling encroachment on land belonging to the power grid safety protection corridor, river and stream protection corridor of Huong Ban Company Limited and Hue Thanh Phat Import-Export Production Service Company Limited according to legal regulations.
Conduct inspections and reviews to handle or coordinate with competent authorities to establish procedures to handle violations of construction order of companies in Loc Son Industrial Park such as HTV Dong Luc Company Limited, Huong Ban Company Limited, Vinasolar Bao Loc Joint Stock Company, Phu Quy Gia Bao Loc Joint Stock Company, Hue Thanh Phat Import-Export Trading Service Company Limited.
Handling the use of construction works that do not comply with approved functions (use for living) of Hue Thanh Phat Production, Trading and Import-Export Company Limited.
Conduct an inspection of the investment project implementation progress for Phu Quy Gia Bao Loc Joint Stock Company, Hue Thanh Phat Production and Trading Service Company Limited, Nicotex Joint Stock Company.
Check the progress of investment project implementation and investment goals for Osaka High-Tech Agricultural Joint Stock Company and Vinasolar Bao Loc Joint Stock Company to handle according to the provisions of the law on investment and land.
Therefore, we are determined not to let the situation of taking advantage of the preferential investment and land lease policies of the industrial park but not fulfilling the commitment in the Investment Registration Certificate.
Request Loc Son - Phu Hoi Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company to take measures to recover the remaining land rented companies; prepare procedures to be granted land use right certificates for the area that has not been granted a Land Use Rights Certificate in Loc Son Industrial Park.
At the same time, it guides businesses to connect wastewater to the centralized wastewater collection, drainage and treatment system according to regulations.
