The appointment decision takes effect from March 27, 2025.
Mr. Phuong Tien Minh has many decades of experience in the banking and insurance sector, and most recently he has held the position of General Director of a leading international life insurance company. Previously, Mr. Minh had 12 years of experience working in the commercial and retail banking sector at a leading international bank in Vietnam.
