Nghia Do Ward People's Committee has just publicly announced the list of establishments sanctioned for administrative violations in the field of food safety in the ward (updated from January 1, 2026 to April 15, 2026).
According to the list announced by the ward, Phe La Joint Stock Company - Hanoi Branch (No. 40 Tran Quoc Hoan Street) was fined 8 million VND for using food processors without wearing masks, without using gloves when directly contacting cooked food and instant food.
Hue Ngu Uyen beef noodle soup (No. 134 Nguyen Khanh Toan street) was fined 4 million VND for using people to directly process food without wearing hats or masks when directly contacting cooked food and instant food.
Banh canh - Bun banh da ca loc - Ca ro - Hai Son establishment (116B7 Nghia Tan KTT, To Hieu street) was fined 2 million VND for not having enough tools for processing, preserving and using separately for fresh and processed foods.
Long Nguyen Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company (1st floor, Canh D house, B4 Thang Long International Village, Tran Dang Ninh street) was fined 8 million VND for failing to ensure prevention of cross-contamination between unprocessed and processed foods in the kitchen layout.
Bosan Vietnam Spicy Noodles Joint Stock Company (No. 295 To Hieu Street) was fined 8 million VND for using people to directly process food without wearing hats or masks when directly contacting cooked food and instant food.
Xuan Truong Sakura Choice Rice business establishment (B8, alley 6, alley 106 Hoang Quoc Viet street) was fined 32.5 million VND for not registering to establish a business household in cases where registration is required according to regulations; doing business in food services without a certificate of eligibility for food safety.
Tan Viet Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (No. 31 Alley 24 Hoang Quoc Viet Street) was fined 8 million VND for using people in direct contact with food without wearing full labor protection according to regulations.
The nutritional porridge business household (No. 106b-C1 Nghia Tan Town) was fined 4 million VND for not having enough tools for processing, preserving and using only fresh and processed foods.
Cafe Song Van business household (No. 299 Quan Hoa street) was fined 25 million VND for providing food services without a certificate of eligibility for food safety.
Yen Nghia Ward
Yen Nghia Ward People's Committee has issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against Ms. Do Thi Ha (house number 2, alley 19/8, alley 19, Ngo Ca street, Group 36, Dong Hoang village) for violating food safety regulations.
Specifically, the business establishment has a food preservation warehouse that does not meet the conditions according to regulations (not full shelves, food is placed directly under the warehouse floor). For the above violation, Ms. Do Thi Ha was fined 12 million VND.
The Ward People's Committee requests individuals who seriously violate to strictly comply with the sanctioning decision according to regulations; and at the same time requests food business organizations and individuals in the area to strengthen ensuring food safety and hygiene conditions.
Co Do commune
Co Do Commune People's Committee has just issued a notice on sanctioning administrative violations of food safety.
According to the notice, Ms. Chu Thi Dung - Business of catering services (selling snacks) in Dong Lau village was fined 4.8 million VND for 2 acts: Processing place with invasive harmful animals (dogs); trading goods that are food of unknown origin with violating goods worth 861,000 VND.
In Hanoi, "Action Month" 2026 is implemented from April 15 to May 15. This is a peak period to promote propaganda, education, raise awareness, determine the responsibility and action of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres, party members and people in ensuring food security and safety; promote the role and responsibility of organizations, individuals, and businesses in enforcing laws on food safety; promptly inform about the value chains of safe and high-quality agricultural products and food, violating establishments, and potential risks of food insecurity and safety.
Strengthen inspection and supervision of food security and safety assurance; resolutely fight, prevent, and strictly handle organizations, individuals, production and business establishments that violate food safety regulations, especially food service business establishments, collective kitchens, street food; promote the role of all levels of government, state management agencies, socio-political organizations and consumer supervision in complying with food safety laws of organizations and individuals producing and trading food.
Improve the capacity to prevent, proactively detect and handle food poisoning and foodborne diseases at establishments with collective kitchens, food service business establishments, street food; promptly respond to and minimize poisoning caused by consuming unsafe food.
