Accordingly, on July 15, 2025, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received an official dispatch on supporting the organization of the Semi-final round of the Dong Tien Universe Program 2025.
Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the People's Committees of relevant communes and wards to proactively work with the Program's organizing committee to grasp the plan, content, and requirements for implementing the Program.
At the same time, advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on a plan to coordinate the organization of the Program to ensure efficiency, safety, compliance with regulations, and suitability with local actual conditions.
Support the introduction of typical agricultural products, craft villages, production facilities, event locations, logistics, communication and proposal of forces to participate in the Program.
Strengthen coordination to promote the image of the locality, OCOP products, and traditional craft villages through the program's activities.

The program was born with the goal of disseminating knowledge and skills in financial education, while guiding career development, creating job opportunities for the young generation - an important force inheriting and developing the country.
