Complete and hand over the land fund to the investor to implement the Quang Ninh LNG Power Plant.
Promote investment attraction in high-quality tourism and service projects, develop golf courses according to the plan; innovate, improve the quality and competitiveness of tourism products and services associated with preserving and promoting cultural values, preserving landscape, and protecting the environment.
Promote and advertise tourism, especially tours and tourist routes on Bai Tu Long Bay and Ha Long Bay; Focus on developing the digital economy; complete the Smart Border Gate pilot project in Mong Cai (Vietnam) - Dongxing (China) and pilot the Mong Cai - Dongxing Border Trade Cooperation Area. Speed up the construction of seaport infrastructure (Van Ninh, Nam Tien Phong, Bac Tien Phong, Dam Nha Mac); complete procedures to attract investment at Con Ong - Hon Net port.
