Dong Nai The State Bank of Vietnam, Region 12, launched on the basis of merging branches of 5 provinces including Dong Nai, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh.

On April 1, in Dong Nai, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) announced the decision to establish and launch the SBV in Region 12 and the conference "Promoting bank credit to contribute to regional economic growth".

SBV Region 12 was established on the basis of merging SBV branches of the provinces: Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh.

The headquarters of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 12, is located in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.

In the area of the State Bank of Vietnam, Region 12, there are 227 branches of level 1 banks (47 banks); 790 branches of level 2 and affiliated transaction offices; 73 people's credit funds, 8 branches of CEP microfinance institutions, 2 branches and 6 representative offices of financial companies.

Area 12 belongs to the Southeast region, a dynamic economic region of the country, with great influence thanks to the remarkable development in the fields of processing industry, logistics services and urbanization, making a great contribution to economic growth, attracting foreign investment and solving employment.

In addition, many large projects in the region also create important momentum, promoting a comprehensive transformation for economic development such as: Long Thanh International Airport; Nhon Trach 3, 4, Bien Hoa Expressway... This is an area with great potential to attract mobilized capital as well as the ability to increase the scale of outstanding credit in the coming time.
