On April 5, information from the Office of the People's Committee of Son La province, the People's Committee of Son La province has just issued a decision approving the contractor selection plan for the Investment Project to build a domestic waste treatment area in Quynh Nhai district.
The project has a total investment of nearly 15 billion VND, of which the construction cost and equipment cost are about 12 billion VND, the rest is site clearance cost and other costs. The construction site of the project is in Muong Giang town, Quynh Nhai district. Project implementation progress from 2024 - 2025.
The investment scale includes: a 1,000kg/hour incinerator, auxiliary works such as an operator's house, incinerator storage house, hazardous waste storage area, wastewater treatment tank, internal road yard, car wash station and lighting system. The total construction area is over 16,500m2.
The project belongs to group C, a type of civil and technical infrastructure project level III, with a design term of less than 25 years.
According to the approved contractor selection plan, the People's Committee of Quynh Nhai district (the investor) will organize the selection of contractors for 2 major packages in the second quarter of 2025:
Package No. 08: Supply and installation of incinerator equipment, worth VND 5.567 billion, implementation period of 180 days.
Package No. 09: Construction of the project, value of VND 7,158 billion, implementation period of 210 days.
Both packages are widely bid domestically via the network, according to the one-stop, one-stop method.
The remaining bidding packages such as supervision, valuation, auditing, construction insurance, etc. are applied in the form of shortened bidding, ensuring investment progress and efficiency.
