On February 25, 2025, the Board of Directors of Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company (HNX: KSF) announced a resolution to appoint senior leaders. Accordingly, Mr. Do Van Truong, a member of the Board of Directors of Sunshine Group, will officially take on the role of General Director at the Group, succeeding Ms. Do Thi Dinh. The appointment decision takes effect from March 1, 2025.
Another senior leader of Sunshine Group - Mr. Do Anh Tuan will continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group.
Mr. Do Van Truong is one of the key leaders, with high professional qualifications and extensive experience in managing many core business areas in the Sunshine Group ecosystem.
Mr. Do Van Truong's diverse management experience was assessed by the Board of Directors as suitable for the Group's restructuring strategy in the new period, especially in coordinating and concentrating resources throughout the system.
Previously, in January 2025, the Board of Directors of Sunshine Group also approved the policy of receiving a share transfer to own capital in a series of real estate companies such as Sunshine Tay Ho Joint Stock Company, DIA Investment Joint Stock Company, wonderland Real Estate Joint Stock Company...
Thereby, Sunshine Group will take over a series of "billion-dollar" projects invested by these companies, such as: Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence, Noble Palace Tay Ho, Noble Crystal Long Bien, Noble Palace Long Bien, Noble Palace Garden, Noble Palace Tay Thang Long...
It is known that all of these projects have fully completed legal procedures, fulfilled land use tax payment obligations, and are eligible for business, estimated to bring Sunshine Group about more than 200 trillion VND in revenue in 2025 - 2026 (of which, about 60% are low-rise products that have been under construction, and will be handed over to customers from June to September 2025).
According to Sunshine Group, perfecting the senior personnel team in the Executive Board and M&A of a series of large-scale projects is a strategic step for Sunshine Group in the process of strong restructuring, aiming to improve governance capacity, optimize operational efficiency and strengthen competitiveness in the new development stage.
