The event marks an important milestone in the journey of accompanying businesses to develop capacity and create human capital.
In the era of AI and a volatile market, capacity has become a strategic capital source that determines business growth. With more than 20 years of experience, Talentnet recognizes the urgent need for organizations to systematically build leadership capacity, teams and implementation to narrow the gap between ambition and actual implementation.
From that understanding, Talentnet Academy was officially announced through a launch event with the theme "Turning capacity into valuable capital". marking a transformation into a "Resource Capacity Upgrade Ecosystem". The new version aims to become a reliable partner in developing human resource capacity in Vietnam, with a steadfast commitment: Upgrading capacity, guaranteeing the future.

To realize this strategic vision, Talentnet Academy launched a comprehensive solution ecosystem with a network of partners from domestic to global, typically LinkedIn Learning, Mercer, Singapore Management University (SMU). Along with that is a community of associates of more than 30 experts, senior business leaders at home and abroad, with practical experience and broad strategic vision. At the event, representatives from partners brought practical perspectives, demonstrating the application of international standard data and in-depth methods to solve the capacity problem for businesses.
Presentations and seminars from senior leaders of Unilever Vietnam, Vingroup, DKSH Vietnam, CAO Fine Jewellery... directly dissected the bottlenecks hindering the implementation speed. At the same time, the event brought successful lessons on developing team capacity and resource trends shaping the future of organization in the region.
Not only stopping at in-depth discussion sessions, the event also brought an "unprecedented" experience with the exclusive game-ization (Gamification) experience "Workforce Capability Diagnostics" ("Quick Diagnosis of Team Capability"). Through this, hundreds of participating leaders had an open connection space with foundational indicators, and identified gaps that need to be prioritized for development.

One of the highlights at the event was the launch of the 2026 Vietnam Enterprise Capacity Readiness Report. This is the first time a specialized report on Vietnamese resources has been made and published, with exclusive data surveyed on nearly 200 business leaders and human resources directors - people who directly participate in the battle and understand the resource picture at the organization. Besides bringing a realistic perspective on team capacity at Vietnamese enterprises, this is also considered a reference basis to help businesses compare, standardize and plan human resource development priorities for the next growth stage.

Capacity is not simply a training item, but a central'operating system' that determines the success or failure of all business strategies. The launch of the new version of Talentnet Academy is not only a solution to current implementation bottlenecks, but also a long-term commitment: Upgrading people to shape a sustainable growth future, where capacity truly becomes a strategic capital source for every organization" - Ms. Tieu Yen Trinh, Founder and General Director of Talentnet, commented.
