To realize this strategic vision, Talentnet Academy launched a comprehensive solution ecosystem with a network of partners from domestic to global, typically LinkedIn Learning, Mercer, Singapore Management University (SMU). Along with that is a community of associates of more than 30 experts, senior business leaders at home and abroad, with practical experience and broad strategic vision. At the event, representatives from partners brought practical perspectives, demonstrating the application of international standard data and in-depth methods to solve the capacity problem for businesses.
Presentations and seminars from senior leaders of Unilever Vietnam, Vingroup, DKSH Vietnam, CAO Fine Jewellery... directly dissected the bottlenecks hindering the implementation speed. At the same time, the event brought successful lessons on developing team capacity and resource trends shaping the future of organization in the region.
Not only stopping at in-depth discussion sessions, the event also brought an "unprecedented" experience with the exclusive game-ization (Gamification) experience "Workforce Capability Diagnostics" ("Quick Diagnosis of Team Capability").
