Thai Nguyen People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1130/QD-UBND on the policy of investing in the construction and business project of infrastructure of Thuong Dinh industrial park. Nhan Dat Tien Co., Ltd. (Bac Ninh City) is the head of the project.

The project objective is to build and trade infrastructure of the industrial park (IZ) Thuong Dinh according to the type of industrial park supported. Land use scale of over 128ha; The investment capital is more than 2,486 billion VND.

Operating time is 50 years from the date the project is approved for investment. The location is implemented in Thuong Dinh commune (Phu Binh). The project implementation progress does not exceed 24 months from the date of handing over the land.
