Amway Vietnam General Director Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu was honored to receive the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) 2025 Entrepreneur Award, a prestigious award that honors leaders with strategic vision, innovation and sustainable contributions to the regional business community.
With the theme "Showcasing Future-Ready Enterprises - Honoring Enterprises to Enter the Future", APEA 2025 is held annually by the Asian Business Association (Enterprise Asia), to recognize pioneering entrepreneurs in redefining business limits, promoting technology and sustainable development.
Having been associated with Amway Vietnam since its inception, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu has been steadfastly contributing to the success of the enterprise for nearly 20 years. Under his leadership, Amway Vietnam has risen to the Top 10 markets with the largest global revenue of Amway Group. This achievement affirms its vision and excellent management capacity, helping Amway Vietnam maintain a double-digit growth rate, maintaining its pioneering position in the direct sales industry.
Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu's influence is widely recognized in the Asia - Pacific region through many prestigious titles: Top 5 Outstanding Leaders of Asia - Pacific 2023, Outstanding Entrepreneurs of Vietnam - ASEAN 2020, and Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in 2023 for his positive contributions to community activities, especially the Red Sunday blood donation program. These titles depict the image of a leader who harmoniously combines strategic vision and social responsibility.
Under the leadership of Mr. Trieu, Amway Vietnam has won more than 80 prestigious awards, including 2 Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Health, 9 Golden Dragon awards, 6 titles of "Best Workplace in Asia", continuously in the Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises. This series of achievements reflects a leadership model that focuses on creativity, digital transformation and commitment to sustainable development.
Not only successful in business, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu also initiated many social programs with a strong humanitarian mark. Typical examples are the Nutrilite Power of 5 program (20152018) - nutritional support for children under 5 years old in coordination with the National Institute of Nutrition and the Ministry of Health; the National Red Sunday Blood Donation Program (20202024) in coordination with Tien Phong Newspaper and Military Hospital 175; and social security activities chaired by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the period 20242025. These initiatives contribute to spreading the message "business is associated with community responsibility".

The APEA Award has been organized annually by the Asian Enterprise Association since 2007, attracting the attention of many leading companies in 16 countries and markets in the Asia-Pacific region. To find outstanding representatives for the award, the evaluation council conducted comprehensive research and appraisal of more than 300 nominating units in Vietnam.
The APEA 2025 Award honors businesses and entrepreneurs in four categories: Corporate Excellence Award; Fast Enterprise Award;spirational Brand Award; and Master Entrepreneur Award.
