On May 24, according to PV's investigation, 2E HHT Vietnam Joint Venture Auction Company issued a notice on the auction of a lot of forest timber exploited during site clearance to serve urgent projects in the 2025-2026 period in Pa Vay Su commune.
The asset volume includes more than 540m3 of pine wood of all kinds with 7,107 logs and 942 sa moc trees (total volume over 1,000m3).
All assets are currently stored in the area of the old Xin Man bus station and the old vocational training center area in Pa Vay Su commune.
According to the approved plan, the starting price of the asset lot is more than 600.5 million VND. Auction participants must pay 120 million VND in advance, equivalent to about 20% of the starting price. The bidding step is regulated at 10 million VND per bidding step.
The auction session is organized online, applying the up-pricing method. The expected time is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on June 10th on the online auction page.
The organizing unit said that the selling and receiving time for registration to participate in the auction lasts from May 22 to June 5. Participants can directly view assets at the storage place from May 27 to May 29.
Auction participation documents are received at the office of 2E HHT Vietnam Joint Venture Auction Company and the Economic Department of Pa Vay Su commune.
According to the auction regulations, participants are not allowed to fall into the prohibited cases according to the provisions of the Law on Auction of Assets. Acts of collusion, price gouging, causing trouble or providing false information during the auction will be handled according to legal regulations.
After the auction session, the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded the deposit according to regulations. The winning bidder is responsible for signing the purchase and sale contract and paying the full value of the auctioned assets.
