Building a valuable foundation to elevate Vietnamese brands

NGỌC LÊ |

Young people and businesses need to start from core values, strengthen thinking and creativity to bring Vietnamese brands far.

On December 7, at the Innovation and Industrial Development Forum, Mr. Ngo Quang Xuan - former Ambassador of Vietnam to the United Nations commented that Vietnam continues to pursue a foreign policy of independence, self-reliance and deep integration. This forum, with the participation of experts, large enterprises and artists, clearly demonstrates the country's priority for sustainable development. He expressed his hope to more than 2,000 students present at the event - those who are striving to become global citizens, contributing to the position of Vietnam in the future.

At the seminar with the theme "Vietnamese brand in the creative era", Mr. Nguyen Tran Quang - brand development expert, founder of FutureOne Consulting, said that the current context can be encapsulated in one word "chaos", when there is too much information and mixed with real - fake. Small and medium-sized enterprises account for 98% of Vietnamese enterprises and are under great pressure from fluctuations.

According to him, the way to face chaos is not to fight against chaos but to " sublimate in chaos", finding internal balance to adapt.

The impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital media continues to be analyzed by Mr. Cuong Dang - Chairman of Vietnam Vanguard, Founder of Forbes Vietnam. He commented that today's students have used AI regularly, but the weakness still lies in critical thinking, which has existed for 20 years. Therefore, the "capacity framework" for information assessment is still a mandatory requirement.

He said that AI is creating equal opportunities for Vietnamese enterprises, especially small enterprises, in building brands and expanding international markets. In the era of explosive content, universities and legitimate press agencies play a key role in authenticating and orienting information.

From the perspective of personal value, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Quynh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Company, emphasized that following the flash of social networks cannot determine success. According to him, each young person needs to determine early who they want to become, what values they pursue and what they can bring to the community. Personal brand is not a prominent image but the real value you create. A person's success is not measured by the extent of spreading, but by how much they can help others. When the value created is large enough, the brand will form itself.

The program also includes the final round of The Future CEO 2025 and the VCEP ArtistISTS honoring ceremony.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien - Director of the Vietnam Institute for Research and Application of Practical Arts said that the program is still steadfast with 3 key axes: creativity - practice - global integration, in which creativity is an ingredient that covers all fields.

Since the first season in 2024, the program has organized many activities, forums and honored businessmen and artists who have contributed to the creative ecosystem. Entering season two, The Future CEO continues to gather chairmen, CEOs, founders... to share, criticize and accompany students and young people preparing to enter the business environment.
