The Hanoi Department of Health Inspectorate has just announced 14 decisions on administrative sanctions (from November 11, 2024 to November 15, 2024) to sanction private medical and pharmaceutical establishments and establishments related to the field of food safety with a total fine of over 207 million VND.

Accordingly, 4 establishments in the field of food safety were punished, including:

Bibomart TM Joint Stock Company (120 Tran Duy Hung, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District) was fined 17.5 million VND because its goods had sub-labels that did not contain the required information on the product label according to the law on product labels.

Sube Vietnam Joint Stock Company (7th floor, Fafim B building, 19 Nguyen Trai street, Khuong Trung ward, Thanh Xuan district) was fined 35 million VND for not publishing on the Food Safety Update Data Information System or not submitting a self-declaration of the product to the competent state agency as prescribed.
