Through the smart camera surveillance system at traffic intersections in Hanoi and patrolling and controlling activities, the Traffic Police force recorded and fined 12 cases of vehicles with Hai Phong license plates.
Notably, all 12 vehicles above violated the same error and at the same location. Below is a list of violating vehicles and violations for vehicle owners to easily look up and handle.
Car with license plate 15A-287.68 violated the law by stopping where there is a "No stopping and parking" sign. The violation was located on Giai Phong Street (section passing Bach Mai Hospital, Dong Tam Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City).
The same error and violation location also occurred on 11 other vehicles, including: 15A-434.81; 15A-482.10; 15A-493.07; 15A-698.38; 15K-089.63; 15K-126.79; 15K-165.00; 15K-254.48; 15K-306.53; 15K-352.04; 15K-363.79.

People should note that when coming to handle fines, they need to prepare the following documents:
Notice of violation;
Vehicle registration certificate; Certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection (for cars); Valid certificate of civil liability insurance of the motor vehicle owner (of the violating vehicle).
Driver's license; Citizen identification card (of the offender).
