Green tea, pineapple and cinnamon recipe to help lose weight

Unlike industrial beverages, natural drinks can support healthy weight loss.

According to experts from the Spanish Nutrition Organization (FEN): Pineapple provides iodine, vitamin C, organic acids and bromelain; Pineapple provides protein, iron, calcium, zinc, potassium, selenium, vitamins B6, C, phenol and aldehyde; Green tea is an extremely effective antioxidant. Therefore, combining these 3 ingredients will help beautify and support weight loss. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

2 slices of pineapple

1 green tea bag (5g)

1 cup of water (250ml)

2 tablespoons honey (50 ml)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (2 g)

Do:

Boil a cup of water over a pot and add cinnamon powder

Let the heat low for 2 minutes and continue to add green tea

Leave it at room temperature, cover, for about 8 - 10 minutes.

While waiting for green tea, you can squeeze the pineapple to get the juice.

Next, add pineapple juice and honey to the green tea pot.

Stir well to blend everything and use while still warm.

Note:

This drink should only be drunk that evening twice a day.

Only take it as a supplement, not a substitute for main meals.

You can drink it 45 minutes after a main meal or after a snack. Because if consumed right after a meal, it can interfere with the synchronization of nutrients.

Cinnamon is not recommended for use in some cases, so remember to research carefully or consult a doctor before using.

To lose weight healthily, in addition to drinking green tea, pineapple and cinnamon, you must have good living habits. Above all, eat healthy and get physical activity every day.
