The actress chose a classic cup design to help accentuate her bust. Many people commented that Lan Phuong looks more and more radiant and loving since giving birth to her second child.
The actress of the movie "My family is suddenly happy" said that she feels that she is now more energetic, sexy, and younger than before she got pregnant.
According to Lan Phuong, she has lost a total of 15kg compared to when she was pregnant with baby Mia. In the last two months, she lost 8kg thanks to diligently practicing pilates and the gym. Returning to exercise after not daring to exercise for a long time due to umbilical cord membrane adhesion during pregnancy and postpartum surgery wound pain, Lan Phuong feels her body has become more active and her spirit is more excited.
Exercise also helps her feel stronger and her body recovers quickly. Her figure changed and her weight dropped every week. Even though she hasn't returned to her pre-pregnancy weight, Lan Phuong still feels happy and excited because her body is becoming firm, vibrant and balanced.
Along with exercise, Lan Phuong cuts down on white starch, fried foods, and grease in her diet. Instead of freely eating white starches like before, the actress switched to eating sweet potatoes, brown rice or black bread. She also reduces fat when cooking or frying, and cuts down on sweets.
In addition, she does not abstain from any type of food but fully supplements the groups of substances from green vegetables, fruits, meat, lean fish, nut milk... to breastfeed her baby.
According to the actress, the small amount of food consumed does not affect the mother's milk supply. Since practicing and adjusting her diet, she still has enough milk to breastfeed her baby.
When she has to go out to work and cannot breastfeed directly, she will pump milk 4-5 times a day to send back to feed the baby. She wants to maintain exclusive breastfeeding for as long as possible, at least until the baby turns 6 months old.
Since baby Mia turned 5 months old, Lan Phuong brought her two children to Da Nang to reunite with her husband. She plans to travel between Da Nang and Hanoi to fit work and life. Her day now mainly revolves around taking care of baby Mia, taking her eldest daughter Lina to school, practicing and running her business.
After 5 months of giving birth, Lan Phuong received many movie invitations but had to refuse because the baby was too young. Now she wants to give the baby her biggest priority. The actress plans to return to filming when Mia passes the 6-month mark, can eat solid foods, and is strong enough.
