Exercise also helps her feel stronger and her body recovers quickly. Her figure changed and her weight dropped every week. Even though she hasn't returned to her pre-pregnancy weight, Lan Phuong still feels happy and excited because her body is becoming firm, vibrant and balanced.
Along with exercise, Lan Phuong cuts down on white starch, fried foods, and grease in her diet. Instead of freely eating white starches like before, the actress switched to eating sweet potatoes, brown rice or black bread. She also reduces fat when cooking or frying, and cuts down on sweets.

Since baby Mia turned 5 months old, Lan Phuong brought her two children to Da Nang to reunite with her husband. She plans to travel between Da Nang and Hanoi to fit work and life.
