Moisturizing
Beeswax is rich in vitamin A, which helps moisturize hair. Apply beeswax to strands to help seal in moisture and smooth frizzy or broken ends.
Soothes certain skin conditions
Seborrheic dermatitis is a common skin disorder that primarily affects the scalp. It causes scaly patches, irritated skin, and chronic dandruff. Beeswax can help prevent and improve this condition.
Hold hair
Beeswax can be used as a natural styling product because it holds hair in place. You can combine beeswax with hair butter or hair oil to create a permanent style.
Take a small amount of beeswax. Rub it between your palms until it melts, as the heat from your hands makes it easier to apply to your hair.
Use your fingertips to massage the wax into your hair. Focus on the ends for extra hold. Continue massaging the wax into your hair until there is no residue left on your fingers. Once enough wax has been applied, gently style your hair with a comb.
