On the morning of February 5, a working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province led by Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province; Mr. Lam Thanh Si - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor - went to Thoai Son district to celebrate Tet and to grasp the situation of workers returning to work after the Lunar New Year holiday. Accompanying the delegation were the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Federation of Labor of Thoai Son district.
The delegation visited two typical enterprises with a large number of employees, including: TBS An Giang Joint Stock Company and An My Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
At each destination, on behalf of the delegation, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong and Mr. Lam Thanh Si kindly inquired about the production and business situation of each unit; expressed their joy when knowing that most union members, workers and employees received Tet bonuses from the enterprise and all employees returned to work after the Tet holiday. The delegation leaders praised the concern and spirit for employees of the enterprise.
After listening to the summary report on advantages and disadvantages, the delegation encouraged and committed to working together to support the enterprise to continue promoting achievements, striving to overcome difficulties to maintain and develop production, expand business markets, and increase profits. Thereby helping union members, workers, and laborers have stable jobs.

As Head of the National Assembly Delegation of An Giang province, Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Huong encouraged and suggested that businesses boldly present their difficulties and problems to synthesize and systematize groups of issues before sending them to the National Assembly for consideration and policy impact.
On this occasion, the delegation also presented gifts to businesses and 60 union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Each gift for workers was worth 1 million VND from the Union's financial resources.
