Comrade Nguyen Van Canh - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation chaired the conference.
Also attending the conference were representatives of the Organizing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee; Standing members of the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation Committees, Chairmen of the District, City, Town Labor Federations, Industry Trade Unions, and Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Unions.
At the conference, Comrade Hoang Van Tinh - Head of the Organizing Committee of the Inspection announced the decisions to dissolve the Provincial Civil Servants' Union, Construction Trade Union, Industry and Trade Trade Union, Agriculture and Rural Development Trade Union of the province and the decision to establish the Provincial Party Committee's Trade Union, establish the Provincial People's Committee's Trade Union.
To stabilize personnel work and ensure regular operations of units under the Provincial Federation of Labor, also at the Conference, Comrade Hoang Van Tinh announced the decision to transfer 8 comrades to 2 newly established Trade Unions and to the Provincial Federation of Labor's Committees. During the process of implementing the organizational arrangement according to the regulations of the superior, there was a comrade who voluntarily applied for early retirement to enjoy social insurance benefits according to regulations.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Canh acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the positive contributions of the individuals who were awarded the decision. "The comrades are all well-trained cadres, with qualifications, abilities, and a lot of experience; have a solid political ideology, have a training process and have held many positions. Regardless of their working position, they always strive, unite, overcome difficulties, and complete assigned political tasks" - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation assessed.
