Won Technology Vina Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested unit, specializing in the production and processing of electronic components, located in Noi Hoang Industrial Cluster, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province.
After the company went into stable operation and grasped the conditions for establishing grassroots unions, the City Labor Federation sent staff to approach the unit and workers to propagate and encourage workers to join the union.
As a result, 29 workers working in the company have applied to join the union. The City Labor Federation has guided the organization of grassroots trade union congresses according to regulations. At the congress, the Executive Committee consisting of 3 comrades was elected.
At the announcement ceremony, the leaders of the City Labor Federation directed and assigned the task to the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union.
The leaders of the City Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to promote its role and responsibility to propagate and mobilize union members to comply with the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies, the unit's internal rules and regulations, and pay attention to the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
This is the second enterprise-based trade union decided to be established by the City Labor Federation in the month.
