Over the past 5 years, trade unions from district to grassroots have regularly coordinated with authorities, professionals at all levels, and business owners to organize patriotic emulation movements among workers and civil servants, achieving achievements to celebrate holidays and anniversaries of important political events of the country.
As a result, over 90% of local agencies, units and enterprises have launched the movement and have brought about clear results, gradually attracting non-state enterprises and enterprises with foreign investment capital to respond. During the emulation campaigns, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers participated in registering and completing many scientific research topics, many initiatives, and technical improvements to serve work, study, labor, production and business.
The whole district has 30 works and products with license plates issued by trade unions at all levels to celebrate holidays and anniversaries during the year; there are 720 experience initiatives, professional solutions and production and business labor with a total value of more than 2 billion VND; 65 scientific research topics are applied, with a value of over 105 million VND. 100% of workers and civil servants in the district have received vocational training, with 33% of workers and civil servants having primary qualifications, 29% of workers and civil servants having college and university degrees, and 2% having university degrees.
In 5 years, 65 grassroots trade unions of enterprises coordinated with employers to organize 20 occupational safety and hygiene training courses for nearly 2,100 people, 10 enterprises established a occupational safety and hygiene network with 50 people, mobilizing agencies, units, and enterprises to plant nearly 1,500 trees...
Responding to the campaign: "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh", trade unions at all levels in the district have organized over 90% of workers and civil servants to study the topics of the campaign, developing standards for workers and civil servants to study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Duc Tho - Vice Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the results that Tan Yen district trade unions at all levels have achieved in the past time.
The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that the patriotic emulation movement among workers in the district should focus on promoting industrial development; do a good job of propaganda to raise awareness of the historical mission of the working class, build a strong working class in both quantity and quality; continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's policies and the State's policies on emulation and reward work...
At the conference, the District Labor Federation organized awards for 22 collectives and 80 individuals who are typical advanced models in the 2020-2025 period. On this occasion, the conference voted to approve 18 collectives and individuals attending the provincial patriotic emulation congress in the coming time.
