Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial Federation of Labor Vi Hong Duong highly appreciated the role of women in the current context. The whole Bac Kan province has nearly 85,000 women (aged 18 and over). Of these, there are 55,027 members of the Women's Union and 11,088 female union members.

At this conference, Dr. Dinh Doan, a psychologist, discussed the topic of promoting gender equality, building family happiness, and building Vietnamese women in the new era; At the same time, he answered and advised on the opinions of union officials, female union members, and members about work, marriage, and family.
Delegates of female workers and officials of the Women's Union of Bac Kan province presented papers on the topic of promoting the role of women's work. On this occasion, delegates were informed about health care; equipped with knowledge about early cancer screening and proactive solutions to prevent sexually transmitted diseases; and introduced the union member welfare program.
