On October 12, Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor organized the "Excellent Grassroots Union Cadre" Contest in 2024.
The contest has 40 teams, each team consists of 10 contestants, a total of 400 contestants. The teams participate in 2 parts: knowledge contest (multiple choice) and situation handling skit (dramatization).
The contest "Excellent grassroots union officials in 2024" will take place on October 12 and 13, 2024.
The Binh Duong Provincial Federation of Labor said that the contest aims to raise awareness among union officials about the position, role, and functions of the union organization. In addition, it will provide them with legal knowledge, creating conditions for grassroots union officials to study the Party's policies, the State's laws, and resolutions of the congresses of trade unions at all levels.
Through the competition, it helps union officials apply theory well with practical experience, improving their capacity in organizing activities at the grassroots level.
The contest also creates a space for union officials at all levels to exchange experiences in union activities, to protect the rights and interests of workers and union members.
