With the theme "Tet Sum vay - Xuan ung dep Party" and the motto "Solidarity, unanimity so that all union members and employees can have Tet", the City Trade Union will have key activities such as the Program "Tet Sum vay - Xuan ung dep Party", Trade Union Tet Market 2025; Program to accompany union members and employees in difficult circumstances; Organizing meetings of union officials through the periods; Program to accompany enterprises and grassroots trade unions; Program to accompany social security work.
It is expected that the city's trade unions at all levels will take care of and give 13,000 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and with low incomes; give vouchers to buy goods at the Union Tet Market directly and online to union members and workers; visit and wish them a happy new year at 30 enterprises and support train and bus tickets for union members depending on their registration needs, balancing the union's financial resources.

The program "Accompanying Union Members and Employees in Difficult Circumstances" is expected to support 9,000 Union Members and Employees in difficult circumstances; those who have suffered work-related accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses; those affected by natural disasters, fires, reduced working hours, or job loss... From the union's financial resources, the support level shall not exceed 10% of the total number of union members of the unit. The cash support level is 500,000 VND/person.
Regarding the support source of the City People's Committee for workers in difficulty in the area, the City Labor Federation will allocate appropriately to each unit.
