The Labor Federation of Cai Rang District, Can Tho City has just organized a ceremony to develop union members and establish the Trade Union of VINAANH Company Limited.
The activity is part of the program to develop union members and establish a grassroots trade union in 2024. Gathering workers working in agencies, units, and enterprises in the district into a trade union organization aims to care for, represent, protect, and protect the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
Accordingly, VINAANH Company Limited's Trade Union has 45 employees admitted to the Trade Union. The Executive Committee consists of 5 members, Ms. Chau Thi Thu Trang is the Trade Union President.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Cai Rang District Labor Federation Vo Huu Phuoc hoped that the Executive Board of the Trade Union would try to pay attention to the workers in the Trade Union to perform well the functions and tasks of union members. The Chairman of the District Labor Federation also asked the new union members to try to produce to increase income and develop the economy of their families as well as the company.
On behalf of the Executive Board of the Trade Union, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of VINAANH Company Limited Chau Thi Thu Trang thanked and accepted the opinions and directions of the Labor Federation of Cai Rang District. In the coming time, the Executive Board of the Trade Union of the Company will coordinate with the owner to develop regulations and rules on labor safety and hygiene standards, labor protection policies, pay attention to working conditions as well as take care of the material and spiritual benefits of union members and workers.
